Ingredients

• box of cake mix
• 2 bottles of red coloring
• 1 bag of sweetened coconut flakes
• 2 cans of white frosting
• yellow food coloring
• 1 can of chocolate frosting

Method

• Remove the cupcakes from the oven and just let them cool enough.
• First apply red frosting on them and then shake in the red coconut so that you can get the good layer of that.
• Now make a whole in the corner of the frosting bags and make the face and eyes according to the face of the elmo and end up the eyes with the chocolate frosting.
